Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Luzerne from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
We walk Luzerne homeowners through material options, tear-off scope, and timeline before a single shingle comes off, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Documentation provided before the first tear-off day, not after you ask.
Materials staged and crews scheduled to minimize how long your Luzerne property sits exposed.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
Architectural shingles, metal panels, and impact-rated options are all explained in plain terms.
Here's the full breakdown of what a Luzerne Roof Replacement project with us covers.
We never install new shingles over compromised decking — it gets fixed first, every time.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
Architectural shingles are installed to manufacturer nail patterns and exposure specs, not a rushed approximation.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Proper ridge and soffit balance keeps your new Luzerne roof running cooler and drier.
All old shingles, underlayment, and debris are hauled away as part of the Roof Replacement scope, not left for you to deal with.
A Roof Replacement project involves more coordination than a repair call, so we keep communication clear at every stage.
A crew lead inspects your Luzerne roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
Material options and pricing tiers are laid out clearly so you can decide with full information.
A final walkthrough confirms the finished roof matches the agreed scope before we consider the job done.
Walked us through metal versus asphalt honestly — didn't push the more expensive option.
